If I book a last minute (within 14 days) oasis Caribbean cruise. Do you think I will be able to book all the restaurants on board? Or will some be all booked up? Personal experiences is much appreciated here!

Just to clarify, what do you mean by "all the restaurants," are you talking about specialty restaurants (Chops, Giovanni's Table, 150 Central Park, etc.)?

A percentage of specialty restaurant bookings are held back for onboard booking.

Yea specialty. That's good to hear I want to try as many as possible but nervous about pulling the trigger for a booking in the next few weeks.
