Upsell Fairy Call?

I received a call Monday from a 305 area code. We currently have the Liberty booked leaving June 7 and I noticed our category (Balcony) is sold out. I missed the call!!!

 

I tried calling the number back and it went directly to VM saying "Person at desk 5 is on the phone" and then beeped. I figured I'd leave a message. Nobody has called me back.

 

So I guess I missed the call. Maybe they will call back. If not I'm good with my balcony. Was just hoping for a suite this time because I've never had a suite LOL

Not that I have any experience with it, but if it was the upsell fairy and you missed the call wouldn't they leave a voicemail for sure?

Call customer service. It should be on your file if they were calling about an up sell. It may or may not still be available. This happened to me in February and when I called back I was given the upgrade from an Ocean Suite to a Grand Suite. It was still available so we took it! [emoji1]

I agree with Karlou, just call the normal number, tell them you missed a call about the upgrade and your rep is out, they will put you through to the upsell guys. With that being said, these guys seem to work a normal 9-5 and are not there all the time like the other CSRs.

Update: It wasn't the upsell fairy...it was a telemarketer from 305 area code!!! They called again and I answered BOO HOO

 

But I did ask my PVP if I could get a deal on an upgrade. I didn't get a deal per se (I had to give up my OBC and pay $750) but I'm now in an ocean suite. I just want to try one just to see how they are.

 

21 more days til I cruise :) YAY
