We currently have the Liberty booked leaving June 7 and I noticed our category (Balcony) is sold out. I missed the call!!! I tried calling the number back and it went directly to VM saying "Person at desk 5 is on the phone" and then beeped. I figured I'd leave a message. Nobody has called me back. So I guess I missed the call. Maybe they will call back. If not I'm good with my balcony. This happened to me in February and when I called back I was given the upgrade from an Ocean Suite to a Grand Suite. It was still available so we took it! jiggs Posted May 13, 2015 #9 Share Posted May 13, 2015 I agree with Karlou, just call the normal number, tell them you missed a call about the upgrade and your rep is out, they will put you through to the upsell guys. They called again and I answered BOO HOO But I did ask my PVP if I could get a deal on an upgrade. I didn't get a deal per se (I had to give up my OBC and pay $750) but I'm now in an ocean suite.
