Hi is anyone else having problems getting on personaliser :mad:

Working OK now, but for a multi billion pound company it is absoluely shameful how often it crashes and is generally slow.

I never have a problem; but then I've probably just gone and shot myself in the foot..................

You often get problems when using Internet Explorer. Try using Chrome.

If your using Windows 8.1 or above some people get the message ..

 

"Cannot sign in due to Form Validation Summary"

 

This can overridden by going to TOOLS>COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS> and clicking ADD P&O.com that was highlighted in the box .

 

This should resolve any problems if you are getting the above cannot sign in message.

 

Or as others have advised use another browser .

I can't access my personaliser (safari) today, never had a problem logging in previously.

Hi. Neither me nor my partner can login this evening. Says our details are incorrect, tried on mobiles and tablets. Needed to log on as we are already in Southampton for the night and just noticed that the luggage labels my partner received in the post have the wrong room number on them. Mine though from the personaliser are correct! Adrian.

I use IE and I've never had a problem getting in. If I've been lucky I've probably just cursed myself!
