Snorkeling/beach/facilities, etc

Hi....

My bf and I will be in grand cayman Thursday and want to find a beach which we can snorkel from and see lots of fish, etc ... We also want to sit on our floats in the water as well as chill on the beach (loungers would be nice) ... Prefer facilities and food/drink availability.

 

Does anyone have any first hand experience of a place or places that they would like to share? Prefer not to do a tour ... Just want to have a chill beach day. TIA
