Cruishappy@aol.com Posted September 14, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2005 This is probably a dunb question --- after many cruises I have often wondered about the advantage of joining a group --- also I am somewhat nervous --- at one time I became involved in a group and it was not that much fun-- we were stuck with a group of complainers and whinered -- we love to cruise and also know that there is no such thing as a perfect cruise - but we still always manage to have a good time --also - we enjoy neeting other people and have met some super nice people over the years and we still keep in touch with them --- I would appreciate any comments that you may have on this subject
walkers Posted April 1, 2008 #2 Share Posted April 1, 2008 So glad to be joining this group on the BTB cruise. This is our 33rd cruise but never joined cruiise critic group before. We are looking forward to meeting new people. See you guys in 10 days. Jean & Rod :)
pmfan Posted April 1, 2008 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2008 Have never sailed on a group before. But am going on the Genesis for its first sailing. The group is large and still growing. They are a lively, fun bunch.
hazeleyez3 Posted April 1, 2008 #4 Share Posted April 1, 2008 I would say the amentities included. I did a Carnival one and had a bit of a price reduction, a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries in the cabin at embarkation, and $100 shipboard credit. We chose not to participate in the group activities.
