Contact Staff Member On The Navigator

How would I go about contacting someone who works on the Navigator as Radisson does not post on board email addresses, nor post an email address for corporate offices?

Just send an e-mail to navigator@navadmin.com. Put who it is for in the text and identify them as a crewmember. If it's a pax, you'll need the stateroom #.

Have you emailed any staff on the Navigator Doug? We we were on the QE2 people would sent me emails, but that was to a specific email address, then the email would appear in our Cabin Mailbox. Is that what they do for passengers? Do they also give a hard copy of the email to the staff person?

 

Thanks again. On our recent Navigator (8/24) cruise to Bermuda, at the Seven Seas Party a couple was feted for 10 cruises on Radisson just as you have been. They Captain made a wonderful toast to them and gave them a gift.

If you look in the book that comes with your docs, there is a general e-mail address for each ship. If you don't open an e-mail account on the ship, people can send you a msg at the ship's admin e-mail address with your name and stateroom #. It will be delivered to your stateroom in hard copy. There is a charge to you for this service.
