I have not been on the Freedom or to Progreso. I do know that on Carnival's sight there is a link to loads of "Fun Times". Here you go

You will be waiting a long time. The Freedom only does some 4/5 days in October/November 2015 and January/February 2016 to cover for the Triumph's longer cruises. So, you will have to wait until at least October for those Fun Times.
