mspink98 Posted June 5, 2015 #1 Share Posted June 5, 2015 (edited) I booked a weekend cruise through a warehouse travel agency for a small OBC, and have since decided that the OBC may not be worth it to me to have to call the agency rather than deal with the cruise line directly. This is literally the first time I've used an agency, so I've never even needed to think about this, but can I transfer my reservation back to RCCL, or would I need to cancel through the agency and rebook with RCCL? You can transfer, but you need to have the agency's approval to transfer. Might be easier to cancel and rebook. However be aware that the agency might have cancel fees, or the price of the cruise may have gone up since you booked and you would have to pay the current price. Lynnees Posted June 5, 2015 #3 Share Posted June 5, 2015 You would need to ask the TA to release your booking back to RCL. If they do, there may be a charge, if you cancel, there may be a charge. Either way, you need to ask them first.
