We will be on the Epic in the Haven with the UDP this fall. I would like to see the Cirque Dreams show without the dinner as I have heard that the food isn't great and we have the UDP anyway. Can I see this show WITHOUT dinner? And, can I book it ahead of time, maybe the Haven concierge can do it?

We really liked the Cirque Dreams, and, we did not think the meal was terrible. It was a banquet meal, and was good, If you get seating without the meal, you sit upstairs. Not the greatest seats. We were at a table on the outside and could see fine. And oh, kids loved it!

I don't think there is a cheaper without meal option. There is only two pricing $39 and $29 and both come with the meal. You can opt not to eat it if you want.

Regarding the seating. The lower price is on the first level, under the balconey and behind the front tables. Views are somewhat obscured. The premium price tickets are on the first level and up front OR up top on the balconey looking down.

We had the balconey seats and we thought they were excellent. You look down and see everything. One thing to keep in mind if you sit in the premium first level tables is that when the man in the bath tub act starts his trapeze act, man sweat and drippings are flying all over you and your food.

If you are in the Haven they will arrange for you to an excellent seat. They brought us down about 30 min before the show started. Our seats were right next to the stage, great seats for the show. The food was fine not as good as the pay restaurants but very edible.

The food starts with a tomato and buffalo mozzarella salad with balsamic dressing, then some spring greens bundled up on a cucumber slice and several thin slices of proscuitto. The entree is fillet mignon with some shrimp and veggies or alternatively, you can have salmon or supposedly a vegetarian meal I have never seen. Then 3 desserts. None of it is good or remarkable. I would describe it as edible. You can do as we did and pre-eat then go to the show and basically let them serve the dinner, but mostly not eat any of it. I suppose you can ask them not to serve the food although it will not affect the price of the show. Order a bottle of wine and that's good enough.
