We will be disembarking Solstice on Fri June 26th. Our plane does not leave until 11:20 pm. Suggestions for how to get around, things to do, etc. If we would rent a car, would we have to go to the airport to pick up? Thanks for help!

National, Alamo ,and Enterprise have kiosks at the piers. They'll shuttle you to their lot downtown for a car. I'd also suggest pricing other vendors downtown as a taxi to their office will only be about $15-$20 which might be covered by a reduced rental rate.

I find parking too expensive in Seattle ... you might just want to store your luggage in the car and leave it in their lot until they close, or 8:30pm when you need to head to the airport.

For things to do .... what are your interests? Check out the city web site for ideas: http://www.seattle.gov/visiting-seattle

The typical sights are Pike Place Market (go there first because they crowds are unbearable by 11am), Ducks tour, monorail to the Seattle Center, pick up fish and chips at the waterfront for the ride the ferry to Bremerton and back, kayak at Lake Union, water taxi to West Seattle and rent bikes. Or since you have a car, leave town and drive to Mt St Helens.
