Behind the Fun tour

Let me begin this by saying I am an obsessive planner. I really shouldn't have booked a cruise so far away because now I have 293 days to do nothing but plan.

So I am dying to do the Behind the Fun tour. I know you can only book this once you get on the ship. My question is, if we go straight to the Excursion desk once we are on the ship, is there a good chance we will be able to book this? Has anyone ever gotten on the ship and the line is already a million people long? I plan to book FTTF so I don't know if that will help me or not.

We just did FTTF for the Liberty, boarded immediately after priority and went straight to the Shore Excursions Desk. There was a line (looked really long but was really two groups of families) and had no problem at all getting tickets for the Behind the Fun tour. Loved it! I am writing my review now and it will go into detail about the tour.

We signed up for this tour twice. Both times we went to the Excursion Desk when we got on board (we did not have FTTF either time) and got our tickets with no problems. The first time was on Sensation and the tour ended up being cancelled because we were the only ones who signed up! I really don't think you need to worry too much about rushing on board to book.
