It's called the Refreshment package, and costs $6.50 per day plus 18%.

 

If your ship has a Coke Freestyle machine, you must use the special cup to get soda from the machine. Otherwise your will be limited to about 6 different flavors.

When you get the cup you also get a sticker on your seapass card.

 

If you don't want to use the cup you can show the sticker at any bar and get a glass of soda, but as Bob indicated you will have a much more limited selection.

Pre-cruise purchases will have the cups in your stateroom.

 

With on board purchases, the cup will be given to you when you purchase, however you may have to wait in line a bit to purchase.
