Newly "gold" - question about priority tendering

We just turned gold after our last cruise, and we'll be on the Getaway next year. We'll have two tender stops, GSC and Grand Cayman. In the past when we tendered we either had a ship's excursion or waited for the all call.

My question is how exactly does the "priority tendering" for gold work? I read on here somewhere that is was different than what the folks in the suites have - which is fine - I was just wondering how it worked.

Thanks!

As said, tickets should be in your packet in your room. All priority tendering means is you don't have to go to the line and get a tendering number when they are first being issued. You ticket acts as a number and you can go get in a tendering line without waiting for a particular number to be called. It is not the same as suite guests being escorted to tenders. And if you have an NCL tour at a tender port, you will probably go meet on teh ship and all be escorted together for that tour group.
