angelsop99 Posted September 17, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 17, 2005 We are leaving for our first E. Caribbean cruise on NOS....very excited:D. I'm having a tough time trying to pack clothes. I know it's windy on the ship, but how cold does it actually get?? What kind of clothes do I need to bring? Do I need a sweatshirt? Please help thank you
Chucksta63 Posted September 17, 2005 #2 Share Posted September 17, 2005 A sweatshirt or light jacket should be fine. Enjoy!!!:)
Bette And Bill Posted September 17, 2005 #3 Share Posted September 17, 2005 Angelsop99, We are sailing on the Navigator leaving next Sat. I plan on taking a light sweater. I normally wear long sleeves and in the past have been comfortable both in the shows and on deck.

truffles2 Posted September 17, 2005 #5 Share Posted September 17, 2005 I can only think of one or two times that I have ever wished for long sleeves or a sweater...
digital_curator Posted September 17, 2005 #6 Share Posted September 17, 2005 I took a couple of shawls, as I was told on CC (and found personally) that the dining room and theatre were chilly. As far as the Caribbean itself, I never needed anything- we were there in January and it was HOT (at least 80 every day). And at night it didn't cool off much (I was fine in short sleeves and a wrap). There is another thread going (PLEASE CRITIQUE MY PACKING LIST) that gives a good idea of what to take for clothes..... Cheers,
