2 hours in PDC

NCL Sun has only 2 hours 8am to 10am in PDC then off to Cozumel. How far is the ferry over to Cozumel? Cost? Where is the ferry terminal? We Leave Cozumel at 10:00pm. thinking about exploring Tulum ect. and staying longer at PDC area instead of going over to Cozumel on the ship. Should I have any concerns? Thanks P

Has anyone ever disembarked at one port and caught up with the ship at the next port? Any problems withthe cruise lines when you do this?

Don't know what the cruise lines think about catching up with the ship at a different port. I assume they would expect it with only 2 hours in PDC. Thanks for the ferry information. You might want to ask that question on a new thread.

the ferry is real easy to take--its a quick ride. don't hesitate if you want to spend more time in Playa del Carmen

Why the Sun would stop for only two hours is to let the mainland ship tours off. Passengers may be able to also exit the ship.

 

Both groups will take a ferry to Cozumel, but the ship may well have one chartered.

 

It shouldn't be a problem catching a ferry to Cozumel, but make sure you know what the current schedule is, and also know they can run late so don't cut it too close.
