WaldosPepper Posted July 1, 2015 #2 Share Posted July 1, 2015 Which deck is the Aft-Facing Balcony on? Engine noise will not be an issue, as they are relatively quiet anyway. What is above or below you could generate noise, so it's important to take that into consideration. Vibration would only be a very short-term issue, and only when the ship is docking, if at all. Absolutely no noise, no vibrations, no fumes and no soot. It's the only way to go on this cruise, you get 180 degree view of the Napali Coast and you'll see lava if its flowing. We also love aft cabins because there is far less foot traffic outside your door.
Rare kjquilts Posted July 1, 2015 #4 Share Posted July 1, 2015 We were in aft facing suite 8702 with wonderful corner wrap balcony. No noise and no vibration and no soot either :)
