Weather in Barbados remains pretty much the same temperature wise year round in Barbados during the day. So yes you will get hot weather.

Yep. The questions about "will it be warm" in the Caribbean are funny:) Do a search on climate for almost any Caribbean cruise port, you'll see year round high's are in the 80's and the average only fluctuates a few degrees from month to month. That's why we love it:D
