KAJOKG Posted April 10, 2004 #26 Share Posted April 10, 2004 mek --- I agree, Chico's sells great travel clothes! And so does TravelSmith. We have taken many land tours, which included just one night stays and hit the road. Chico's clothes fit the bill perfectly for that kind of travel. Don't wrinkle, and wash and dry quickly. No matter where I go and for however long, I will never use a suitcase bigger than 26" along with a tote bag. A rule of thumb I've stuck to. It can be done well with these kinds of clothes. kruisey Posted April 10, 2004 Author #27 Share Posted April 10, 2004 We could do with a Chico's in Vancouver,we only have one clothing shop specializing travel clothes in Vancouver BC....So Chico you could really cash in if you opened a branch in my area. Have been talking with friends and it seems taking 19 pairs of socks,19 bras and 19 underpants...could be the reason for taking up all the room.I always wash and rinse every night and hang on washing line ....so i don't need to take as many on my 19 day Cruise.See it takes others like yourselves and local friends to make me see the lite Maybe one of the courses that they give on board could be devoted to this subject

BlueDreamer Posted April 11, 2004 #31 Share Posted April 11, 2004 I bring a bottle of downey wrinkle release spray, no ironing, just spray and smooth out, it works great and makes everything smell fresh too. I bought it in target.
