Hi there.

 

Cruising on Britannia in a few weeks. Just a quick question about the slots in the casino. do they take cash (sterling or dollars) or do you need to use your seapass card.

I usually cruise on RCI and this is my 1st time on P&O. All the slots on RCI take dollars.

 

I would prefer to take cash if poss (then I can`t be a nuaghty boy and go over my limit)

 

Can anyone help please ?

Not been on her yet but I would assume she will be the same as Azura in that you use your cruise card in the machine and build up credits. You certainly do not use the tokens. Now as to if the machines take notes, well all the others do and at the back of my mind something is telling me that they do. All the cash will be £'s on the tables as well.

I was in the casino last Friday funny enough, watching my friend lose her money. Some of the slots take notes, or you can use your cruise card. It was all too confusing for me to play, but did enjoy watching. The tables were busy as well. Hopefully, someone who played them will help with an answer as well.

You use your cruise card.charge to your account or put cashin machine which goes on to your cruise card bank.I always pay cash and use the cards bank .

I played on the slots and used my cruise card but some slots could take notes as well - just convenient to use the cruise card tbh! We also left with money which was a first!

All P&O use the £.

We used our cruise card and got a slip from the cashier which we gave to the croupier on the roulette table who then exchanged it for chips.
