Cool Runnings or Tiami???

While we are in port in Barbados, my wife and I want to take a catamaran excursion. We have narrowed it down to two tours, both in their description do the same tour, price is even the same. So any thoughts on which one to take, thanks for the advice.

Also Elegance is in the running because they only take 14 people total @ $100pp. I think it will be between Cool Runnings or Elegance, any advice?

I've been out with Cool Runnings twice, would go again. Great fun, great service, nice boats, small groups. Easy to deal with. There are a couple of old reviews on this board if you do a search.

 

Tiami is the operator that one or several of the cruise ship lines use for shore excursions, so it has the potential to be very crowded.

 

I cannot speak for Elegance as I have not been on them, I have read good reviews , also on this board, but something makes me think that it is a motor boat, rather than a sailing catamaran...???

 

You can't go wrong with Cool Runnings.

Have done both. Feel Tiami is the way to go. Great time every time!

Many people on Tiami. They are good but I'd go with the private tours, 12-14 people. There are several very good operators in Barbados which are mentioned often on this board.
