Service Animal accommodation for Getaway

A member of our community has a service animal and has never been in a cruise due to some mobility issues but really is excited to book Getaway. She had a service animal and wanted to know

 

A. What paperwork she needs

B. What facilities does the ship provide for service animals.

 

I could not find anything in a quick search but I am posting mobile.
