HAL Bioluminescent Kayaking

I am looking into doing the Bioluminescent Kayaking excursion through HAL on a cruise coming up in November 2015. I can't find a lot of specific info on their website. Can anyone help with a couple questions?

 

1. Are the kayaks used single or double? And sit inside or sit on top?

2. Does anyone know what tour operator HAL uses so we can look them up to get more info?

We did this excursion last Nov. The kayaks were the ocean type that you sit on top of and were 2 person. The excursion company teamed everyone that was a solo rider so we all had 2 per kayak. I can't remember the name of the company, but think it had something to do with turtles. I think their T-shirts had turtles on them.
