van rental from port canaveral to orlando airport

Our family of ten has booked a cruise out of Port Canaveral in May. We will probably take a shuttle from the airport to the port upon arrival, but are considering renting a passenger van upon our arrival back at the port to the airport as our flight leaves late. Any recommendations or suggestions as to a better plan?
