van rental from port canaveral to orlando airport

It was suggested I ask my question on this board. Our family of ten has booked a cruise out of Port Canaveral in May. We will probably take a shuttle to the port from the airport upon arrival, however, since we have an afternoon flight, we are considering renting a passenger van to take the kids to some sites before we head to the airport after our cruise departure. Any recommendations on van rental or other helpful suggestions??

The major agencies (Hertz, Avis, Budget, etc.) all have offices in PC or nearby Cocoa Beach and offer free shuttles from the port - shop around for your best deal. You might find 3 cars cheaper than 2 vans if you have enough drivers; those min-vans always seem to be priced high in FLA due to the number of families on vacation. Good luck! :)

Remember to allow at least 2 hours for checking in at the airport. That place is a zoo. and factor in lines to check ion the car on the return

I priced out a 7 passenger van-- remember you also have luggage for those 10 people.
