Weather in December???

I am interested in taking the December 18th Explorer of the Seas cruise out of Miami that goes to the following ports-

Ports of call: Miami, Florida; Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands; Riviera Maya, Mexico; Miami, Florida

 

My only fear is that the weather may not be ideal in mid December I do not speak from experience but I was interested to hear peoples feedback about how warm it should be in these ports during this time. Please respond with yoru thoughts/experiences.

We've done several X-Mas cruises and while it will not be as hot as in mid summer the only place that I would say the weather will be iffy is in Miami. On more than one cruise the weather was cool and rainy going in and out of Miami but the rest of the cruise was beautiful.

Last year I was on the Majesty's Dec 6 cruise to the Bahamas. The weather in Miami was warm that day and the weather in the Bahamas and Key West was ideal (low 80's)
