Sorry, my mistake. Flight is 8am aireuropa. We are scheduled to dock at 6am. I need to get a train connection in madrid.

yes you can take your luggage off yourself but you will be cutting it fine, the immigration of the ship procedure can take about half an hour

 

the airport is about a20 minutes ride from the port and chekin usually closes an hour before departure, you will need to allow for time to get through the queues for security (and if i remember correctly? some boarding gates are quite a walk at palma airport)

 

i would contact the airline and let them know you may be cutting your arrival a bit fine ahead of time if you can

That's a tight timescale.

 

I don't know how these thing work in practice - but presumably if you approach customer services (soon after boarding) they can arrange for an immediate disembarkation on arrival in Palma and request the port authorities treat you as a priority immigration check.
