Hi

 

P&O do offer upgrades to select passengers. Its why on booking they will ask if you want an upgrade. If however you have chosen a specific cabin they you have to state on booking you don't want an upgrade otherwise you will get one and they wont reverse the decision...!! Enjoy the cruise

We are booked on Britannia for 29th August and been upgraded twice now ;)

We were booked on an obstructed balcony view (grade ID) without sofa and now we are on a normal balcony view (grade GE) with sofa.

It's a 9-grade one ... We still are on the same deck but now will enjoy a full view !
