Royal Palms - popular hang out on 7 mile

 

Sunset House - no sand but no charge - snorkel for free and buy lunch at the bar. MOST of the time they can care less if you use the pool or the loungers so long as you patronize the bar (but high volume special events CAN have them ask non guests to not use the pool ... never seen or experienced it, but it has been reported here)

You can get a day pass from various hotels on 7 Mile Beach. Marriott, Westin, and the Grand Cayman Beach Suites offer day passes for cruise visitors. You will need to do a google search for the contact info for each hotel though to contact them directly and to reserve.
