UDP vs SDP

I've been away from the boards for a few weeks. What are the differences between the UDP and SPD?

 

I booked in Feb of this year for the Escape sailing April 2016 - freestyle choice. I chose the UDP. I'm assuming it's a specialty restaurant for each night and the 18% is included.

 

From what I've read this package is no longer available?

UDP and SDP can be the same. The difference you don't have to buy SDP for every night of the cruise. Just a minimum of 3 dinners.
