Before then, if the price drops, you have to call to get the change made. its not automatic.

Yes, if it's before final payment date. I doesn't matter if you already paid in full.

Yes, as Retired LEO stated it does not matter if you are paid in full as long as it is before official final payment date. Some of the sales are for new bookings only though.

Also, it's not automatic no matter if you've paid in full already or not. You have to call and request the price difference yourself, they won't give it to you otherwise. And don't wait too long to call because sometimes the price drop is only for a day or two & if you call too late they won't "back track" the lower price for you. It seems self explanatory but my friends tried calling to get a price drop a week after it happened, thinking they would get it regardless, but the price had gone up again and they missed out.
