priceline for southampton uk hotels any success?

anyone had success using Priceline for a pre or post stay in Southampton?

If so, which hotel and how good were the savings?

Planning a 1 night stay for 4 rooms before the 11/20 sailing. The list to the links would be fine. But my curiosity about Priceline

still stands. In 2003, I used Priceline for a stay in London and got

an excellent value at the a 4Star London hotel for about $75 and in 2004 after the Tandem cruise found a 4 star for $95. So I was curious if anyone had tried it for Southampton. There's a site called

biddingfortravel dot com that gives a list and history of bids but no hotels were listed for Southampton
