kruzgal Posted August 23, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 23, 2015 We will be spending 2 nights at the Hotel Jazz before our trip on the Allure and I know that quite a few forum members have stayed there. Can you recommend any restaurants nearby? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
MADflyer Posted August 23, 2015 #2 Share Posted August 23, 2015 I always recommend at least one visit to Ciudad Condal for tapas when in Barcelona. It is a couple blocks over from the Hotel Jazz. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restauran...Catalonia.html Barcelona is such an excellent culinary city that you literally have 100s of good options. A visit to the Boqueria market is always a good option in the area. El Quim is a good choice here. Los Caracoles is always a good local option just down from the hotel. This might be further than you are looking for. It is a bit dated but has a long history. http://www.loscaracoles.es/
plan09 Posted August 23, 2015 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2015 Not fancy but Vienna has great sandwiches, English menus in a holder on the wall near the counter.

Blocks Posted September 8, 2015 #5 Share Posted September 8, 2015 We ate at a couple of tapas places not too far from Hotel Jazz, both of which I would recommend: La Flauta Vigo
Cruisercl Posted September 16, 2015 #6 Share Posted September 16, 2015 We stayed at Hotel Jazz (loved it) last April and asked at the desk for restaurant recommendations. They gave us several ideas; we chose Vigo and it was a great choice! Enjoy!
HACKT Posted October 3, 2015 #7 Share Posted October 3, 2015 We were there last week. Great outdoor cafe across the street plus many other places nearby. If you want US comfort food, there is a Hard Rock Cafe just down the street but it's the most crowded place in town imo. [emoji41] Ohh and if you want to get easy, cheap lunch there is Subways right by hotel entrance. Only saying because Spanish lunches tend to be larger, slower, pricier meals.
