E-docs not ready?

We will be on the Getaway Oct 10th sailing in a GTY mini-suite. Online check-in is completed, but when I click on "download edocs", it takes me to a screen that says "the reservation is not yet ready to be retrieved." I have been checking this for the past two weeks and that's the message I keep getting.

 

I called NCL and the rep I spoke with really didn't have an answer for me, other than don't worry if I never get the edocs.

 

Shouldn't I be able to download them yet, or is the GTY room what's holding it up? Thanks for the help.

My guess is your GTY room has not yet been assigned.

When I was 32 days out, I still hadn't gotten my eDocs and was worried so I called NCL and was told that because I was a GTY, I wouldn't get them until 30 days out. Sure enough, on Day 30, they were there.

Don't worry. You don't even need them.
