Who's The Best Waiter on Empress?

I am on the 10/6/05 sailing of Empress. Is there a particularly excellent waiter on Empress like the mythical Ajay on Enchantment? Not that I can necessarily get assigned to him/her, but it might be nice to know. Anybody have thoughts?

I vote for Gautam. He is from India. He was on the Empress a year and a half ago when I was on it. He did magic tricks and brain teasers. He made personal recogmendations for each person at the table. He was the fastest of all the servers. On lobster night we had a separate lobster course after the entrees. On the last night he didn't bring out dessert menus, instead he brought two of each dessert.

If Mario is still a server on that ship, then I highly recommend him! :) He was there in 2003 and had been a server on that ship for years! My brother and SIL had him prior to our 2003 cruise and remembered him for his excellent service :)
