Just wondering if possible to book ahead with Sandals Grande, after traveling far across the island I would hate to be told they're already sold out of day passes?

You can call then direct and make a reservation.

It's not "far across the island", it's north of the port area, about 30 minutes away. If, for whatever reason, they didn't let you in, you could easily enjoy Pigeon Island right next door or have your driver take you to Reduit Beach in Rodney Bay. Phone numbers are on the Sandals website..
