We were on the Getaway in late July, they had udon noodles that they cooked on the grill. So yes, you can get them, but they are cooked on the grill prior. They do not have a protein in them, they are just served plain.

We had 8 guests at our table, but noticed that they had 10 sitting across from us on the other table, so yes, can do 18 at one time, but you will get two chefs.

They definitely have noodles as they have to entrees that are basically all noodles. I will say this though, the DH got them one time (as an entree) and whatever sauce they put on them while 'cooking' them at the hibachi table was not that good. Tasted very bouillony (as in the powdered stuff). Ask them to do them as a side with just soy and maybe some teriyaki sauce, or, for the kids, just ask them to bring them a bowl of plain noodles. Yeah, think I'm gonna ask for that next time, too. Love the noodles.

edit: keep in mind, there are cool spots on the grill table that they can cook some things much slower than the hotter parts.

At any hibachi I have ever been to, they cook things in a certain order because of how the grill heats up. That's really not a big deal. At home they usually use a little butter, garlic and soy sauce on the noodles which is perfect for the kids. They like a meat on the side and one also loves the fried rice
