kids wrist bands

does anyone know about the stupid little wrist bands that cruise lines make kids wear identifying the childs muster station do kids 12 and over have to wear them

The kids did on Carnival but not on Princess. They have a totally different Muster set-up then the other lines. You go to a lounge not your specific life boat. The kids would go to a place designated for kids that are in the kids club at the time a emergancy is called.
