best way to see sting rays in Cozumel

What is the best way to see sting rays in Cozumel? I won't be visiting Grand Cayman, so just wondering if one see sting rays in Cozumel?

Best way, IMO: We've seen them in the wild every time we've gone scuba diving. They are usually near the sandy bottom so you have to look for them. In season, Eagle Rays too. Absolutely majestic creatures; and are almost always 'flying' through the open water over the reef.

 

 

Way you are probably looking for: Cozumel has a captive sting ray pen. It is about an acre, and they offer snorkeling and diving excursions in it. Google "Sting Ray Beach Cozumel" for more information.
