Carnival cruiseline.Tour in New Orleans?

Does Carnival Dream offer a excursion in New Orleans that would take you on a tour and then to the airport, for people with late flights?

I would look into the Hop On Hop Off sightseeing bus at the Basin Street Station. It has 15 stops throughout the city. If there isn't an excursion offered through Carnival you could go there after the cruise and they would hold your luggage during the tour
