Why can't I pre pay my DSC on the website?

I keep trying to pre pay the DSC on the NCL website but it keeps saying that it is unavailable. I sail on 9/13. Is it a website issue or is this no longer an option

Someone else also had the same issue. You might want to give NCL a call and pay for it over the phone.

We tried and tried to do it on line - for months. I finally contacted NCL via the phone... was assisted right away and the payment displayed on My NCL before I even hung up.

Is anyone currently able to access this option on-line, for any upcoming sailing? It was always a little unpredictable, in my experience, but now it seems like they may have just deactivated it across the board, or for certain categories of reservations (booked before such-and-such date, for example).

Mine has been unavailable for a few weeks now. I called my TA today to pay my final payment and asked them to pay this as well. They called NCL and paid both...and the DSC showed paid immediately.

Same problem- just called and paid over the phone. Seems like an ongoing issue.
