Cruise Critic Meet & Greet Location On Divina

Around 30 of us on our small Roll Call are looking at having a Meet & Greet on our first full sea day aboard MSC Divina. Any suggestions on a suitable bar/venue to hold this and any tips on who to contact at MSC to book out this space?
