Silly question but how did you submit your food choices?

We are getting married on the carnival pride in October and I'm super behind on planning (found out I was pregnant right after booking and have had baby brain ever since lol). I've been faxing in all of our forms and somehow just noticed that the menu isn't a form. Probably because they just assume you'll be getting whatever is on menu 1. How do I submit my choices? Call? I know the obvious answer is to just call anyway but since the baby is now here and my quiet time is limited I'd rather not waste precious coffee chugging time if i don't need to haha

Never mind I had to call anyway. If anyone is curious the woman told me I could just circle what I want and fax it (not a good option for us because I changed my mind so many times it's all marked up) or just email them a list.

We emailed a list and made a note that we also wanted the fruit/veggie displays - they don't count towards your 5 cold items on Carnival. Some have said fruit and veggies would be there anyway, but we made sure to request it just in case!
