Question on Epic deck 8

How noisy is it on deck 8?

I expect it to be pretty loud over the Bliss lounge, but would a mid-ship or aft balcony be noisy?

How late does Bliss stay open?

I did a test booking for an inside cabin, and the NCL site offered an upgrade to a balcony on 8 at an good price. Trying to determine if it is an upgrade we might enjoy, or if we wouldn't get any sleep for 7 nights.

fair enough - to add i've never found noise to be an issue on EPIC even close to the public areas.
