When you get on in Honolulu, you are on deck 5. You enter in to the Capitol atrium. For all other ports, it is deck 3.

On Oahu, Kualoa Ranch does ATV tours. We ended up renting a car on disembarkation day so we could go spend time at the ranch.

do you know which dining rooms are open during embarking? We've been on a few cruises where the buffet is horrendous, and as my husband has walking issues we find the dining room to be better suited until everyone settles in

According to my Freestyle Daily from our cruise, summer of 2014, the more casual of the two MDRs, Skyline Restaurant, on deck 5 aft ( same deck you enter on ) was open from 12:00 to 2:00 Pm on Embarkation Day. You could just continue strolling in that direction when you board for a leisurely lunch.

They will also be serving food from the Key West Bar & Grill ( deck 12 fwd ) from 12:30-4:00, burgers, etc if you prefer to be out in the fresh air.
