Terrible experience with this company and the owner Dwayne the company also known as Texas airport car

I arranged with the owner to be picked up from Galveston port to Houston Bush airport.

Called him when the ship docked to confirm, called again when we picked up the luggage and finally when we got outside.

Each time I spoked to Dwayne and he assured me that the driver with the car is on the way.

The last call he said that the driver will be there in 5 minutes. after waiting for 20 minutes and no driver I called him again but just got his answering machine.

Was calling him after that every 10 minutes and leaving messages.

After over 1.5 hours I realized that he probably was lying to me. I took a taxi paid more to get to Bush and missed my flight.

Dwayne never called back to apologize.

That is my experience with this company
