Horseback riding in Falmouth

There is a horseback riding excursion that looks pretty cool where the horses ride through the ocean. The weight restriction says 220. Anyone know if they actually weigh people. I've never seen a weight restriction for one of these excursions and my uncle is over that. We don't want to get there and be told he can't go. Any one done this excursion before?
