Carnival spirit white areas on deck plans

I have been allocated cabin 7109 on verandah deck 7 on carnival spirit its last inside cabin at front of the ship underneath the bridge on deck 8

I an wondering what the large white area would be.

I think the pride legend and some other of their spirit class ships have the same plan.

So I am wondering if anyone that's travelled on these ships would know what it would be I will try and put up a plan :)

An area restricted to "crew" only. Contains stairs to the lower regions of the ship.

Thanks do you think it would be a quiet cabin or will we hear doors opening and closing all hours and footsteps on the stairs and people talking ?

I would guess crew quarters.

We've had several cabin next to crew stairs, never heard a thing.

I'm hoping its a quiet lounge area for them or captains quarters or the artists that come on board . don't know whether to take the gamble and stay there not knowing what's the other side of that wall or see if we can get a couple of cabin's back.

Never sailed with carnival before only p&o and princess and always got mid ship obstructed view or balcony. This will be our first inside cabin forward.

We booked guaranteed which I thought was deck 1 riviera so glad we are up away from disco etc :) it will be a new experience for us anyway :)

Just got back off spirit.

The cabin was quiet except some creaking noise from ship movement.

Felt a bit more movement from previous mid ship cabins but not too bad.

Saying that the biggest swell we had was about four metres I think. It still caused bedside draws to open and glasses to chink on cupboard :(
