It is not really a separate app, it is a page, like a webpage. You can add any page to your home screen and get an icon that 'looks' like an app.

 

1. When actually on the desired page (so the first time you log in while on the ship just wait for the page to load) click the button in the upper right corner that looks like a square with an arrow pointing up.

2. Click on the gray button with a plus sign in it. Now the page has its own icon on your iPad. Just click on the icon to go to the login/logout page.

 

One does not necessarily need to load the logout page, you can also just leave it running in the background (it loads automatically) until you are ready to log out. If you are not familiar with switching between apps and closing open pages, it is a good thing to learn to do....it helps to keep your iPad from slowing down and getting clogged with open pages/apps that are not in use.
