Boarding time on the Norwegian Star from Tampa

I see the boarding groups for the Norwegian Star, from Tampa, but am wondering what time you can actually get on the ship? Does anyone know?

Usually, the all clear is around 11:30 to noon. Suite and VIP sometimes a little earlier.

On the web site, it says 12:00 pm. I try to time (or schedule) my 'processing' time for ~11 AM, for a seamless boarding at noon.

The assigned checkin times are not enforced. Boarding usually starts at 11:30 (even though it is printed as noon on your edocs). Show up between 10:30 and 11:00 to avoid the crowds. Get on early and have a leisurely lunch as the finish cleaning your cabin.

Do they have a CAS check in line/area? We have only sailed from NYC and are used to that
