I still have not received the funds back to my credit card. Could someone supply me with a telephone number at NCL that could expedite this matter? Most of NCL's phone numbers are only a Google search away fyi. I called the number you provided - thank you very much. They referred me to Payment Services Department. I found out that that they credited my sister's credit card (card used to pay for cruise) instead of mine (card used to pay for all other charges). A simple mistake, but one that could have been avoided if NCL had taken the time to check the card number used for the purchase before they issued the credit.
